This introduction was part of my participation in an exclusive, intimate gathering of senior leadership coaches at the Harvard Faculty Club in Cambridge, MA. The purpose was to meet the unique needs of coaches operating at the highest level by bringing in top-tier speakers for private, extended talks and dialogue with a limited number of colleagues. After five consecutive years as a Fellow with the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate, enjoying its empowering annual conferences and being a repeat participant at its invitation-only Coaching Leadership Forums, I have evolved from mere participation to a  member who has found a sense of tribe.
