David A. Anderson PhD
David Anderson, Ph.D., is Visiting Community Scholar, College of Arts & Sciences, and School of Education, Nazareth College of Rochester, NY. He is especially engaged in creating service learning partnerships with local agencies serving youths and families. He also crafts and performs in living history reenactments, recalling the experiences of African American Union soldiers, collectively known as United States Colored Troops. He has presented this, and other histories at schools, colleges, an at symposia held in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, New York State and other venues.

Dr. Alfreda Brown EDD
In the fall of 2009, Dr. Alfreda Brown was appointed as the first vice president for the division of diversity, equity and inclusion for Kent State University. Alfreda served as the Institutional Representative during 2010 – 2013 for the Ohio northeast universities American Council on Education Ohio Women’s Network (ACE/OWN) and is a member of Leadership Cleveland Class of 2012. Currently Alfreda serves on the Kent City School Steering Committee, Our Lady of the Elms Board of Directors, and the Kent League of Women Voters Executive Board. Dr. Brown had served 22 years in various positions at Rochester Institute of Technology, including three years as interim chief diversity officer. She chaired RIT’s Commission for Promoting Pluralism that implemented and coordinated efforts that led toward a multicultural and inclusive campus.

With over 25 years’ international experience as an executive coach, Sunny works with executive leaders and their teams to help them achieve individual, team and organizational goals. She has developed a range of international programmes for leaders and business coaches in the corporate, legal and education fields. She is Executive Director of Sunny Stout-Rostron Associates, an Advisory Board Director with the Professional Development Foundation UK (PDF), a Founding Fellow and Research Advisor at the Institute of Coaching at Harvard/McLean Medical School, and Founding President of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa). Mr. Donald G. Riling is Founder and CEO of Riling Leadership Resources. His primary focus is leadership development, in American business settings, and while directing large-scale international projects. He has overseen projects in twenty-two nations and advises owners, executives and C-suite leaders in for-profit and non-profit companies. Currently he is working with a consortium of organizations to rebuild economies and infrastructure in post-war African nations.

Dr. Steven Feldon MD / MBA
Steven E. Feldon, M.D., M.B.A. is currently Chair of Ophthalmology at University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry and Founding Director of the David and Ilene Flaum Eye Institute. Dr. Feldon is a neuro-ophthalmologist and orbital surgeon. He holds appointments as Professor of Ophthalmology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Vision Science. He has lectured extensively in the United States and abroad. He has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed scientific publications and holds eight patents. Amongst his inventions is the Tonopen® electronic tonometer, the most commonly used portable tonometer for measuring intraocular pressure in the world. He also pioneered electronic medical records with the introduction of the OcuChart™ in 1993. He has been funded in his research by the National Institutes of Health. His current research is focused on Thyroid Eye Disease and Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension.
